Tom Cruise Causes Collateral Damage With Redman Toys’ Sixth Scale Vincent Figure

RedMan Toys has been on a Tom Cruise kick recently. The Third Party Sixth Scale Figure manufacturer has recently announced a release inspired by the actor’s role in the 1980s classic film, Top Gun, and now we’re getting one of his best early 2000s roles. Vincent, bringing to plastic life the villain from 2004’s Collateral, is available for preorder now.

It’s pretty rare to see Cruise play an outright bad guy in any of his movies. Sure, he did it to great acclaim with 1994’s Interview with the Vampire, but Collateral stands as a unique role for him. That said, Cruise is excellent when he’s the antagonist and he does not disappoint with Michael Mann’s taut thriller. Having the chance now to put him on the shelf alongside other classic movie baddies is a welcome surprise.

Redman Toys has done a solid job capturing Cruise’s gray, weathered likeness from the film. The actor’s steely gaze is on point thanks to the well-done sculpt. He looks to include plenty of movie-accurate accessories, which is always fun when it comes to displaying a figure like this. This promises to be an all-around great interpretation of Vincent from the film, so I’m quite excited. Could we be seeing a Jamie Foxx from Collateral as well?
